We welcome the twins to our family. They were born on December 30th to my niece Katrina and her husband Josh.

The Twins Kassidi and Tristen
Kirsten turns 15!
Today was Kirsten's 15th Birthday. She was serenaded by the boys basketball team on the bus going to their away game. She will probably kill me for setting it up with the coach. She did supply the cupcakes though!

Aunt Leenie
My Aunt Leenie passed away January 9, 2009. She was such a wonderful aunt. She never judged, always listened, could laugh without making a sound, made wonderful biscuits, read the paper with her eyes closed and really loved us a lot. Although she had other neices and nephews, my siblings and I felt like she was "ours and ours only." I will miss her very much.
